Within one month, Telstra Health helped to transform the way Apollo Care delivers care by supporting the transition from its previous health technology vendor and implementing Medication Management, Clinical Manager, Resident Manager and CareKeeper across 6 facilities.
The integration of Telstra Health’s connected aged care solutions enables a holistic and transparent view of medications, assessments, care plans, admissions, funding management and business processes.
The solutions support clinical governance by enabling standardisation and the implementation of Apollo Care’s customised assessment and care planning framework, and by improving efficiencies and enhancing the overall quality of care it delivers to older Australians.

Clinical Manager will support the provision of resident care, funding management and reporting. Funding management is supported through Resident Manager, in addition to lead and enquiry administration. Furthermore, Telstra Health’s award-winning CareKeeper will provide more clarity around care staff’s workloads which they can do by the resident’s side via a mobile device, enabling them to continue connecting with residents.
In enabling a seamless, standardised and efficient transition to the newly implemented digital health solutions, Telstra Health worked closely with the Apollo Care executive clinical team to roll out a tightly coupled Clinical Manager and CareKeeper experience for care staff to action care requirements from day one.
