Telstra Health partners with Roche to enhance virtual diabetes management

Telstra Health is delighted to partner with Roche and now include the Accu-Chek® Guide Me Meter in Virtual Health Platform’s suite of integrated health devices.

Roche, a leader in blood glucose monitoring, has championed diabetes management for 40 years. Virtual Health Platform is Telstra Health’s next generation virtual care solution, designed to transform traditional care delivery into a digital, automated and streamlined process that healthcare services of all sizes and locations can easily adopt.

The Accu-Chek® Guide Me Meter joins Virtual Health Platform’s range of partner health devices which seamlessly integrate via Bluetooth with the platform’s patient portal, MyHealthAccess. These devices, including blood pressure monitors, oximeters, weight scales and thermometers, allow patients to easily log their observations from home. The patient’s healthcare team can remotely monitor this data to provide effective patient management from afar.

This partnership underscores the ongoing efforts of both companies to leverage innovation and technology to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
