Please note that with effect from 18th October 2023, Community Connect is not available for sale to either new or existing customers. As part of its ongoing market and capability review, Telstra Health has withdrawn this product from sale and support will cease from 30 September 2023. Support will also cease for Home Care Manager, ComCare and The Care Manager (TCM) from 31 March 2024. If you are an existing customer, we have written to you to explain the timeline for this product exit. IMPORTANT: Until 30 September 2023 for Community Connect and 31 March 2024 for Home Care Manager, ComCare and TCM, we will only provide a minimal level of support to ensure current functionality is maintained and will not invest in additional functionality or upgrades. We will work with you to ensure your transition away from the product is as efficient and easy as possible, and we will continue to ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. However, please be aware that from 30 September 2023 for Community Connect and 31 March 2024 for Home Care Manager, ComCare and TCM, these products will no longer be supported, and Telstra Health makes no representation or warranty as to its compliance with any laws or regulations beyond this date. In particular, please note that the product will not comply with the impending Support at Home program changes from 1 July 2024. You should ensure you have a transition plan in place and cease to use Community Connect from 30 September 2023 and Home Care Manager, ComCare and TCM by 31 March 2024.
