This enables your organisation to share hospital discharge summaries, outgoing and incoming referrals, and results efficiently and securely.

eRx Script Exchange
Communicare integrates with eRx Script Exchange, the first Australia-wide platform for e-scripts. It allows GPs and other prescribers to send e-scripts to 99% of pharmacies around Australia. Electronic scripts help reduce errors during dispensing. Pharmacies can retrieve the script from the exchange and dispense the prescribed medications without having to re-key the data.
