Chief Nursing Officer, Healthscope
Jeff Woods
As the inaugural Chief Nursing Officer for Healthscope he has been working to build a framework for nursing excellence that supports and enables their more than 12,000 nurses. Prior to assuming the Chief Nursing Officer role, Jeffrey was the National Patient Experience Manager for Healthscope. He is a registered nurse with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and experience in critical care, education, change management and employee engagement. Jeff has previous experience with EMR implementations whilst working for Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in the Unites States of America.

Head of Product Solutions and Virtual Care Solutions, Telstra Health
Melanie Gates
Melanie brings her experience as a hospital executive in executing strategy, operational improvement and healthcare transformation. Her background includes time as a Hospital CEO and Head of Business Transformation for Australia’s largest private hospital group. She is passionate about the Health sector and using innovation and technology to improve efficiencies, enable excellent patient experiences and improve patient outcomes.

General Manager, Customer Solutions
Peter Crome
Peter has more than 30 years’ experience in the primary and tertiary healthcare sector working across many varied roles from clinician to the position of CIO for Australia’s largest primary healthcare group.
He has extensive insight into the strategic and operational requirements of healthcare technology solutions. His involvement has ranged from operational leadership through to consultative engagements helping organisations develop and implement their eHealth and corporate initiatives.

Digital Health Strategic Consultant
Tricia Liebke
Patricia Liebke is a Registered Nurse who is enthusiastic about the possibilities of digital health. She has provided clinical and leadership experience for many diverse digital health projects as well as providing subject matter expertise to other organisation’s Digital Health initiatives across Australia. Patricia was uniquely positioned to achieve Australia’s first HIMSS EMRAM Stage 7 certification for St Stephen’s Hospital in Hervey Bay. Her passion is achieving seamless integration of technology together with high clinical adoption to improve patient safety, quality of care and business efficiencies.
