Important – please read carefully.

Dear All,

This message intends to notify you of the Telstra Health Secure Messaging Production Services change scheduled for Wednesday, 7th February at 6:30 PM AEDT.

You may be required to update your firewall configuration as this change will relate to migrating applications to an alternative Telstra Health infrastructure.

Ahead of this change, we require any sites with firewall exceptions to check their configuration and potentially update it to ensure no interruption to messaging services.

Description

Check and possibly update the firewall configuration at the client end.

N.B. If the instructions below do not make sense, please alert your IT Support to this notification for review and assistance.

If your site does not have a firewall that requires exceptions to allow outbound access, this does not affect you and no action is required.

If your site does have a firewall that requires exceptions for outbound access, these exceptions will need to be checked and potentially updated.

Action Required

We strongly recommend that the FQDN only be used for configuring any exceptions, but if the IP address is required, please email argussupport@health.telstra.com for documentation of the change to the associated IP address and details for making updates where required.

Thank you for your patience and co-operation as we work to improve the systems we support.

Need help?

Please send an email to Telstra Health Secure Messaging support on argussupport@health.telstra.com Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm AEDT should you have any concerns regarding this maintenance
