We would like to inform you of some important updates regarding your Argus account. Following the sale of secure messaging products including Argus and ArgusWord from Telstra Health to HealthLink 12 months ago, there will be changes to the service provision for Argus users. As part of this transition, Argus products will reach their End Of Life (EOL) on 31 March 2025.

HealthLink is in the process of bringing together Argus users into its extensive national network. HealthLink remains dedicated to delivering a premium solution while ensuring value for money, along with the safety and security you have come to trust.

A HealthLink account manager will be in touch to provide you with guidance and support during this transition to ensure a smooth process. You can expect the same or similar service outcomes that are currently in place.

Following your transition to HealthLink services, you and your customers will benefit from these top-tier functions:

  • Inbound and outbound secure messaging
  • Provider Directory Access
  • Access to modern enterprise connectivity
  • SmartForms Referral Access*
  • HealthLink Portal (ArgusWord customers will transition to)
  • Helpdesk phone and email support
  • Software and security updates

* Available to those who use the following compatible PMS solutions (Best Practice Premier and Allied, Medical Director Clinical and Helix, ZedMed, Genie, Shexie, Communicare or Stat Health)

If you have not migrated your services before the Argus EOL date of 31 March 2025, your access to Argus may be disconnected. To ensure uninterrupted access to all essential services, we encourage you to take action by following instructions you’ve received from HealthLink as soon as possible.
